Our Orange Grove campus includes a state of the art Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) , the first fully CMS accredited ASC in the US Virgin Islands, where outpatient surgeries in multiple specialty disciplines are performed. Telehealth services provide patient access to accredited specialists worldwide without leaving the island. Is your surgical center accredited?
Plessen’s ASC has been fully accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC), since August 2015. Having successfully completed three accreditation surveys without any condition-level findings, Plessen has achieved and maintained the only fully accredited ASC in the US Virgin Islands. In our continued vision towards excellence, Plessen’s Medical Group has been certified by CMS as a designated Medical Home since 2017.
